Chris Anderson has been a State Farm Agent since 2012. After 10 years with local law enforcement, he worked in finance for 5 years. He has been doing service-based work since 1995. He is a former member of EMS and Fire agencies in Pittsylvania County as well as K9 Handler with Angel Search and Rescue. Chris has also coached baseball for Chatham Youth League and coached soccer for Southside Soccer Club and served as Assistant Coach to the Chatham High School Boys Soccer Team.

Chris is a Chatham High School graduate and has also continued his education with Danville Community College, Averett University, New River Criminal Justice Training Academy, Piedmont Regional Justice Training Academy, and BB&T University.

Chris is also an avid shooter and is a certified instructor with the NRA. He and his wife Kristi have 5 sons. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting, fishing and gardening.

Chris is a member of : Carter Masonic Lodge, NRA, US Lawshield and National Write Your Congressman.
